Selling Stuff

With the move to Texas looming, the need to haul stuff to our new pad is on our minds a bit lately. We will have a 10′ truck to pack both our things into, and we want it all to fit. In order to make it fit we both have been thinking about selling stuff. A move is a good time to purge ones collection of stuff into a more refined, only the necessary, pile of stuff. Teresa has been selling some things on Craigslist, and having some good luck at it. I have also been trying to sell some stuff on Craigslist, with not as much luck as Teresa. I am thinking I may need to have a yard sale sometime in June in order to get rid of the rest of the things I don’t need anymore.

So, this post comes after finding an interesting website, goodbyewafflemaker.com. It seems that the lady behind the site is also moving soon and desired to sell some things online. Well, not some things, everything. She is selling everything of her online, for whatever you feel you can pay. It’s all donation based. You can read more about it over at her site. It’s quite an interesting idea, and I like the site, I just don’t know if that is something Teresa and I will be doing. It seems to be working for the goodbyewafflemaker.com lady, lots of things have been sold.
