Here we are, some photos from our trip down here to Texas. Starting in Auburn and ending on our second day here. I apologize for the lateness of this post. We just got internet installed today and there was some trouble with the wireless. Everything is settled now and we are surfing the webs wherever we want. We will be posting some more about our happenings, but it is late, and we have had a big week.
Enjoy the pictures!
And here is a video of our new place.

Hi Wylie and Teresa,
I like that curved wall in the kitchen next to the stove which you must really like because you focused on it quite a bit. Do you have a staircase in your apartment or just an under the staircase area? I don’t remember feeling you and the camera go up or down any steps? What are those wall units in some of the rooms, some sort of heat? When would you use heat? I like the built in drawers in the dining room if only because they give some age and character to the apartment. Cute place, nice and white and big and clean looking. Just the backdrop for decorating! Hope the moving in is going well and everything fits and feels like home. Glad to see air conditioners and ceiling fans to save you from the Texas heat. Looked at your ‘where we’ve been’ map and you two really know how to get around! Harry Potter and Dairy Queen, perfect! Wylie, great video, thanks, didn’t make me dizzy at all! Have fun!
Hey guys….It looks so cute! My favorite part is the secret room under the stairs…What are you plans for the secret room? Maybe a reading nook? Maybe a place to keep your collections? (like NKOTB) Or maybe the official hide a seek spot?

Thanks for the video…It’s helping me with my internet stalking.
Hey Mom, the curved wall in the kitchen is quite the center piece. It is an architectural masterpiece.
Our apartment is only one floor, but there is an upstairs apartment. The stairs mentioned in the video are for that.
Those contraptions on the walls are for heat. I do not believe that we will need them. Teresa says that we will. We will see.
Rachael–It IS so cute! The room under the stairs makes me think that Hagrid will be here to take me away at any moment…though it is quickly getting filled up with extra blankets and the vacuum cleaner…so boo that! Perhaps I will keep a nook in there for when we play hide and seek…that is a good idea!
Chryl–I am impressed with your attention to the details in the video! I see where Wylie gets it! Those heaters will be put to good use in the winter…if for no other reason than I am a super-wimp!!!
