I’ve been wondering if you have any further information on this building. Is it being used now, and for what, do you know how old it is and what was its original purpose. It’s really interesting. Thanks.

It is the Metropolitan Health District building, and part of the San Antonio Public Health Team: http://www.sanantonio.gov.
The building looked pretty vacant.
